UK delivery.

To keep things simple, we offer a single domestic delivery option; tracked Express 48-hour. We strive to deliver orders within 2 working days of dispatch*, with shipping charges based on your order value.

Pre-orders.

Occasionally, as a result of high demand, we sell products on longer lead times, before we have them available in our warehouse. These items and their expected dispatch dates are always clearly marked on our website and it is a great way to ensure you don’t miss out on our next drop.

It is important to note, we will not dispatch your order until all of the items it includes are available but don’t worry, we reserve any available stock so the delay won’t cause you to miss out.

UK returns.

We are so confident in the quality of our products that we offer simple, hassle free returns on all domestic orders. Returning a purchase sucks (for both you and us) but we have tried to make it as painless as possible. All of the information you need to return an item, including your pre-paid returns label, is included in the box.

International orders.

To keep things simple, we remove UK VAT and include all of the tax and duties for your order at checkout. We offer a single international delivery option; tracked Express 48-hour. We strive to deliver orders within 2 working days of dispatch*.

International Shipping charges will be shown at the checkout stage and calculated using your postal address.

The complexity of international shipping means we can’t offer free returns, but all of the information you need to return an international item, is included in the box.

* We work really hard to try to meet and match all estimated and actual shipping dates but sometimes there may be delays that are out of our control. We will keep you as updated as we can and you should always be able to track your parcel’s progress online.
